Why do we drink white and red wine on TuBi Shvat?

In most of our Jewish feasts we drink red wine but for Tu Bi Shvat we supouse to drink white wine also. I would like to know why. Tod??h rab??h!

It’s the Jewish form of partying. If you think that’s bad for the festival of trees, what about Purim? In that one we are supposed to drink to the point of being drunk, unless it will somehow effect your health negatively.
In the world of B’riyah, we drink red wine with a dash of white, reminding us that as the land becomes warmer and the colors of the fruits deepen as they ripen, we too become warmer and more open.
