What kind of shoes do you wear to go Wine-Tasting at a Vineyard?

I’m going in a limo that will take us to about 6 vineyards. I’ve never been wine-tasting or to a vineyard so…I do not know what to expect or how much walking we are going to do. I want to look cute (maybe heels) but I don’t want my feet to be dead before I finish.

Really pretentious ones.
Something comfortable like a dress casual.
Try shoes that you don’t use often, but at the same time just a bit ragged so if they get dirty nothing will happen.
High heels.
kind of sort of depends. will you just be in the nice tasting room? Or will you be tromping around the actual vineyards. if it is the first instance, whatever the heck you want to. If however, you are going on a tour, perhaps through the vines and bottling locations i would wear a comfortable closed toe walking shoe.
If you wear anything but sneakers, you are crazy. Doesn’t matter that you are going by limo. If you are tasting at 6 wineries, you will be drunk off your *** by the end of the day, even if you spit half the time.
And if you end up with any actual vineyard tour, you’ll appreciate the sneakers. And a tour of the wine making facilities will usually include nice slippery concrete.
Remember, winemakers are farmers. It isn’t a glamorous industry. Keep it simple, fit in, be comfortable and enjoy yourself.
