one 12 percent 8 oz’ glass of wine per day
Specifically dark, dry, RED wines with an alcohol content of 10%-15%. 250ml (one cup for the ‘mericans
) per day ONLY!
1 glass per day.
None or zero. Just eat grapes.
A whole one of those 5 liter boxes should do. But don’t skip a day or it could have negative effects such as the shakes.
Salutations,
1or 2 glasses, and I would stick with the Red wine. that seems too be the magic bullet, though I can’t imagine anyone getting healthy drinking white wine, too sweet. Cheers
Researchers say that men should drink about 8oz of red wine a day while women should only drink about 4oz.
1 glass 10%-15% red wine a day
Most wine (non-fortified) is about 10 to 14% alcohol. For a woman, the recommendation is one 250 ml (8 ounce) glass of it per day. It should be red wine, as the health-giving polyphenols, anthrocyanidins and resveratrol are only in red wine, not white. For men, it can be up to 2 glasses per day. If you want the benefits without the alcohol, red wine polyphenols and resveratrol are now available in capsule form. However…..red wine is nice in moderation, and may help to reduce stress at the end of a long day
