		<description>For the white wine substitute (non alcoholic) I would say grape juice!  White of course.  This can be made to taste a bit drier by adding lemon juice.  I am afraid I do not know about the vermouth.  I just leave it out - hope somebody else can enlighten you.  I do not drink any more and cannot remember what vermouth tastes like - and am not prepared to start again having fought so hard - I am 3 years dry next week!  (Applause please!)</description>
