What is a good white wine to serve with a light chicken dish?

I’m going to be making a lemon pepper chicken dish, and I don’t know a whole lot about wines. Can anyone suggest a good white to go with it? I would prefer something that is a little bit dryer, but no so dry as to make a novice pucker at the taste. Thanks!

I would go with a Chardonnay probably an Australian one, Light Black Opal.
Chardonnay.
ABC – Anything But Chardonnay. Try a Chablis if it’s not too expensive, or a white Burgundy. Pinot Grigio is a popular light dry white at the moment.
GERMAN REISELING IN THE BLUE BOTTLE
Pinot Grigio is a great white wine….
ENJOY!!
My preference would be Bolla’s Suave.
NO! Not Chardonnay!
Try a nice Pinot Grigio or a White Burgandy.
A pinot grigio is a good white wine that is dry but not nearly as dry as a chardonnay. For a good mid priced bottle about twenty to twenty five dollars I would suggest a Clois de wa (not spelled properly but that is phonically correct). This is a good wine even in the heat, most wines do not seem that refreshing to me but this one is.
Maybe you would like to try Robert Mondavi private selection chardonnay.
