I don’t want to keep too many around because a) I don’t drink wine and b) I don’t cook with it THAT often. What would be a good type of white wine to buy that isn’t too expensive, and that would fit most recipie’s calls for “white wine” in cooking? Any other ones that would be good to keep around for cooking purposes? I have some Marsala but that is it.
I’ve never bought wine before, only just 21, so as many details as possible would be appreciated.
