So, I’ve read that a glass of red wine everyday is good for you, what kind do you like?

I’ve never really drank too much wine only beer, but now that I have a baby and I’m nursing I can only have one drink and I thought it would be good to have a red wine. I think I would like something on the sweeter side though. Any suggestions?

White merloit.
i like the cheap wine i can get at the local liquor store. hahahahaha im a cheap date.
pinot noir (nice, light red wine)
Depending on what you like, you might try Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot. My GF doesn’t really like wine, but she likes that stuff, and it’s also on the cheaper side (1.5l bottle at Wal-mart for like $6).
You might want to look up some info online regarding nursing and sulfites before you start drinking, I’m not sure if there are any hazards involved.
NOT what i like It’s up to you go to tasting at local store like Cost plus or BevMo stores… and find one you like then serveit or just drink with dinner italian food good! french too! or just a steak.
Manyana from Spain is a solid, easy drinking wine that’s also very affordable($5.99) a bottle.
I also like 7 Deadly Zins, that goes for $14.99 a bottle.
I like the Pink Katawba variety…..unprotentious and full of body….you’ll dig it.
If you are drinking red wine for health reasons, make sure that you are drinking a real red wine, and not a wine made from other fruits such as blackberries. This time of year is a good one for trying the Beaujolais Nouveau, which is a light red wine made from the Gamay grape. It is the only red wine that can be served slightly chilled, and it has a nice fruity flavor. You may also enjoy Merlot or a Zinfandel, though these are a little heavier and can be more tannic.
If you do not want to waste your one drink on wine, the same health benefits can be derived from non-alcoholic RED GRAPE JUICE.
