who cares whether he’s from Louisiana, Canada or France – he’s a fantastic entertainer and an excellent chef. I’m off to the supermarket to buy fresh mussels – I love them but have never cooked them before.

Did anyone see “Raul’s Wild Kingdom” from Weird Al’s movie “UHF”? Well, if Raul had a French cousin, THIS would be him.
Actually that’s the only way I’ve ever heard a native French speaker pronounce “onion” (at least in French), but I suppose I listen to mostly Québecois rather than people from France. How do you think a “proper” Frenchman says it?
Love him!! although somethimes he reminds me of the swedish chef from the muppet show XD (hi deere, holi macaroli!!,…sleeping with mouth open – wake up, wake up!) XD
But he is SOOOOO GOOD! Makes cooking so easy – he is very talented and I do have much respect for what he does when he cooks – just livin’ la vida loca!! no measurements, no complications, just have fun inthe kitchen and loving yourself ;D
