it wont break because theres a glass above it, i accually got to play with one, its really cool.
What happens if you spill something on it? Does it break or what?
He says it’s a optical tag under the it. ^^
Fellow human, the Illuminati are bluebloods such as Rothschilds, Windsors, Al Gore & Pike etc who rule secret societies including Freemasonry. They’ll probably force-vaccinate many with toxic crap in Fall, start WW3, implement Codex Alimentarius & internet 2 then stage an alien invasion to get a fascist world government with you chipped. Support Oracle Broadcasting, Dr. Deagle and Stewart Swerdlow!
it has a camera or sensor mounted above and under and a shape colors software reader . you can search its description .
it is a chip actually, listen to the speach of the dude on Microsoft Surface Demo @ CES 2008 video, there he says that it recognize the wine cause of the chip on the glass
nearly right mate, but it CAN be used at home, say you use ur windows mobile phones and so on its fair enough!
nope! not a tiny chip chip. the table has a micro camera technology that can see whats on the table (which is at the bottom. The screen is baisically a projection right from the bottom of the table and the table, unlike the iphone supporting 2 point touch feature, the table features dozenS of points that can be used. This is the best i’ve ever seen!!
BTW, it costs about 10, 000 GBP
yes your right. like the cell phone on the table. I thought you just but it on the table and it reads what it is!! but… i saw tiny chips on the fones. and drinking glasses.
@ wowsigoth: That table is supposed to be water-proof, if it breaks because of water or other liquid, it’s Microsoft’s foul they have to repair/replace/pay it. It’s the warranty.
might be a tiny chip in those glasses
how does the table know wats on it?
it doesn’t matter the table surface isn’t important
if i saw one of these in a resturant i would avoid it, some idiout is bound to knock the wine over and suffer a 10 grand bill :/
You don’t need it, It’s mainly targeted towards Restaurants, Casinos, Hotels, and Cruise Ships.
Buying something like this for your house wouldn’t be necessary unless you were a gadget freak.
I think that as an engineering exercise it’s good to push the limits of technology, but from a practical standpoint it has to be developed to a user acceptable standard, eg no lag etc, as well as the oppropriate software for it. On top this there’s the economics of something that will so obviously be expensive, so I think, keep going microsoft, You’re stretching our minds, but don’t expect to make money
shure so do you know when it all started
you know what im saying cause i dont
not neccessarily. but fyi monkeies share 94% of their genes with human. and some monkeys living somewhere around the equator are starting to use tools to hunt and eat (like us). so they might be our ancestors or species like them could be.
It’s just an application. They’re mainly trying to show off the technology.
you know what microsoft, i think you guys need to slow down, i mean its cool that you can do this but who the hell wants to drag words that describe the taste of a wine onto their digital coaster, or give their wine a rating when their friends are sitting right there and can discuss it. think about how weird and forced social interaction would become if there was a microsoft surface on every table in the world.
fine you win WE
descend From Monkeys
no he didnt
Why the **** would i need something like this..
nor does commenting on a video change the world.
so obviously fake
