Is grape juice as beneficial as red wine for the heart and body?

Hi, personally, I find the taste of red wine bitter and grape juice is far superior in all aspects. Although I know that red wine has a lot of benefits, it just doesnt have the best taste. As an alternative, would red wine have the same heart benefits.

  1. DT Says:

no red wine helps with your heart have 2-3 glasses a week

Concord grape juice has the same leukoanthrocyanins as dark or red wine. The alcohol in wine may help raise good cholesterol slightly. But, if you have any problem with alcohol, you can get the same benefit for your heart with the juice.

    Hope this helps.

i heard it,s the next best thing if you don,t like alcohol. the only difference is wine has alcohol which thins your blood.

No juice or wine is more beneficial than MonaVie. Its 100% fruit juice. I lost 15 lbs. in 2 months with no exercise. and another 15 lbs in one month with exercise. And my back and knees dont hurt, i am sleeping better and i am getting all my servings of fruits and veggies in 4 oz a day. The heart benefits are 10 times more than with juice or wine.

    look here-

    take care,

    KC
