I want to try a few recipes that call for different types of alcohol. I don’t drink, so I will only be using it for cooking. How long will wine stay good for once opened? I don’t want to waste a ton of money on wine for cooking if it won’t stay

buy a box of wine…it will last like a month in the fridge…
It will last for along time if you close it back with a cork and refrigirated.
I dont know they never last that long
At the bar where I work, we use a pump to get the air out and then we keep it for 3 days, then it gets tossed if it’s not empty. I’m sure a couple more days wouldn’t hurt.
im a wine consultant for a wholesalers, cooking wines last alittle longer most wine only keep for about 5 days
