Brush them with a bit of salt and baking soda. Rinse well.
brush your teeth afterwards.
no way you can avoid this when you drink hearty reds.

Baking soda or baking soda toothpaste. There is no way to “prevent” it from happening. However, if you are out in public / with other people and you don’t want to smile a big ol’ purple smile you can chew gum…it helps a bit.
