If its a cork bottle, make sure you have something to put in the neck of the bottle, to close it, otherwise it goes flat quicker. And yes refrigerate the wine, and drink it within 2 days, for best taste. However it doesnt go bad if kept longer, trust me I've done it. Some advice.
