		<description>Unless you are cooking for some Professional Chefs I gaurantee you they are not going to notice the difference. Sweet goes fine with pork so I say go for it and enjoy your meal!!</description>

I am sure that this would work very well indeed. The flavours of the white zin (predominantly summer fruits with some sweet herbal aromas) would be an excellent marinade for soft-flavoured red meat such as pork. Don&#039;t be afraid to experiment with food (within reason). Personally, I think that a white or blush zin, as long as it has a nice, crisp acidity to the palate, would be just as good as white wine, if not better, for this meat.

Enjoy, and please let me know how it goes as it sounds like a lovely swing on the recipe!
