Mandy asked: My husband and I would like to try to make our own wine. I’ve heard it isn’t as difficult of a process as we might think. Does anyone out there have any tips for us? We’d like to know what equipment is needed, etc.

I’m not asking about the hangover (although maybe I should be DX) but rather: when do I start getting tipsy? I don’t plan on going out and getting drunk, although who knows.
