I came home tonight and my cats had knocked a bottle of red wine from the top of my fridge onto my ceramic tile floor. I’m really worried about the grout because I rent. I got down and scrubbed it with Clorox OxiMagic but it still looks very dingy. Does anyone know of a better way to clean it?
Thanks!

I just got a bottle of red wine (Pinot Noir) that I plan on drinking tonight. I heard it should be stored in a cool place. The weather here is about 75F. Should I store it in the fridge for the next 5 or 6 hours or is that a bad idea?

yetiamchosen asked: Last night, I opened a bottle of black muscat. It’s 15% red dessert wine. I put it in the fridge after it had been open about three hours, and I plan on getting it back out tonight and having some more. How long can I safely do this before the wine starts to go off?
On a side note, what about white wines?
Thanks!
One more quick thing: How will I know when it’s spoiled? Is it obvious? Will I get incredibly sick?

Keiko asked: I have a bottle of cheap sweet white wine, which I use when creating sauces, and was just wondering if it needed to be kept in the fridge, or wether I could stick it on the window cill, to free up some room in the fridge.
Cheerts.

I have an opened but recorked bottle of white wine that has been in my fridge for a couple of months (I think). I have a recipe that says it needs white wine. If that white wine is bad, what can I use instead because I have no other white wine.
The wine is for risotto. I pulled the cork out of the bottle, and i smelled the wine and it smells ok.
