I am trying to make rice wine with 2 simple ingredients (steamed glutinous rice and yeast. It’s been 2 weeks already and no wine have been made. I can definitely smell it but not a drop of wine visible. The grains seems dry to my perspective. Can it be be cause it is undercooked or that I used the traditional steamer instead of the rice cooker? How can I fix this and allow yeast to produce rice wine?

I want to know a lot of things?
You firstly need good land to get the winery plants.
You also need workers machines and everything like that.
How much money does the owner of a winery make (someone who makes a good wine and sells a lot)
Please tell me any info about starting a wine company?

My dad recently got a wine chiller for the house. Manual wasn’t any good except for technical and operation answers. We’ve never owned a wine chiller so is there a specific arrangement for the red, white, sparkling and etc?

Like red is on the top, white in the middle and sparkling at the bottom or something. Thanks.

I would like to start drinking a red wine that is healthy for you but Im not a wine drinking so I dont know what is good. I dont think I like dry wines. Is there a red wine that is kinda fruity or taste like a grape or cranberry juice, or just one that is good that doesnt taste so bad? Also that isnt too expensive.
