I have frozen shrimp scampi, already with garlic sauce. Trying to make shrimp scampi pasta with a lemon wine sauce. Can I use red wine? That’s the only kind I have. And also, should I add some worcestershire sauce and/or mustad to the sauce? I read it in some recipe but wasn’t sure it works.

I am making a dressing to go with a roast beef, the recipe says white wine vinegar but I have red wine vinegar.

Will the red taste awful with the rest of the dressing which, also includes dijon mustard, green peppercorns, lime and, olive oil?

Thank you to anybody who may help me.

I’m thinking about getting a wine rack for my basement or a wine cooler. However, is it bad to chill wine for long periods of time if you don’t plan on opening it anytime soon? Or does it not matter either way?

It is a little too pricey to be buying it often! Does anyone know what a cheaper white wine is that is very similar to this type of pinot grigio? It is crisp and smooth and absolutley delicious! Come on wine lovers if you have any suggestions! Thanks!
